Meet Anouk
With 15+ years managing programs, including 6 years at Google leading a global team, I have extensive leadership experience in high-pressure environments. Since 2019, I’ve earned accreditations in both professional and somatic coaching, coaching over 1,000 hours with hundreds of women to help them thrive in their careers and lives.
As a former overgiver who’s walked the path from burnout to balance, I deeply understand the tightrope many women walk between ambition, caregiving, and self-neglect. I’ve supported hundreds of women to break free from old patterns—reclaiming their energy, setting nourishing boundaries, and nurturing the dreams that have long been waiting for space to grow.
