A Creative Life Group Container
You’re invited to join ‘A Creative Life’, a 5 week group programme for creative women who wish to live life more on their terms.
Fri 27 Feb - Fri 27 March 2026 10am - 12pm on Zoom
This 5 week container is a soft place to land - to feel held, seen and heard. It will support you to plant seeds and gain ground on something you’re wanting more of in 2026 - it could simply be how you want to feel - or a side project, an idea, a business, a creative pursuit.
You will be held by your coach facilitator (Anouk), a community of like-minded women and a set of curated somatic and coaching practices. The container will enable you to move out of the familiar loops of overthinking into more creativity and sustainable ways of being and doing.
If you’re feeling:
A bit stuck and unsure of your next steps
A desire to be more creative and express your unique voice
A longing for like-minded community to share struggles and wins
A gentle calling for the blossoming of an idea/project this spring/summer
Then this may be for you.
By dropping back into your body out of the frazzled mind, you will reconnect with your inner knowings and intuition, hence gaining clarity on the actions you need to take next.

What’s included
Each Friday morning, we will meet on Zoom for 2 hours. There will be a mix of some mentoring, meditations, coaching tools and lots of time for discussion and sharing (that’s where the gold is!)
Week 1: Setting intentions and reconnecting to our creativity
Week 2: Feeling safe to dream - resourcing, grounding and the language of sensation
Week 3: Magnetism - your relationship with your desire and connecting to your wellspring
Week 4: Creative blocks and finding ways to relate to fear and uncertainty
Week 5: Rhythms and rituals to support your journey (and the wobbles)
You will have access to a Telegram group to share wins and struggles and continue the conversation ♡

Meet Anouk
As a busy mother of two with a background in managing communities in tech and startups, my pull toward a creative life has been there for as long as I can remember: dreaming up worlds, writing stories, gathering people for moments that felt alive and meaningful. But as adulthood intensified and responsibilities stacked higher, that fire dimmed. My confidence dimmed. Now, walking the creative path of entrepreneurship feels like a homecoming. It gives me joy, purpose, and a sense of alignment I’d been craving for years and I lean on my embodiment practices to keep me moving at a rhythm that feels sustainable and nourishing. I trained in leadership coaching in 2020 with Wise Goose and embodiment coaching with The School of Embodied Arts in 2024. There is so much magic that happens when women gather and I’m beyond excited to be offering this group programme.
