Over 3-6 months together we'll go beneath the surface. Not just the goals and the action plans, but the emotions that haven't had space to be felt, the beliefs quietly running the show, and the body that's been overridden for years. Slowly, gently, we find your ground again.

About Anouk
For years it looked like my life was ‘successful’ — full time role at Google, beautiful family, keeping everything moving. On the inside I was running on adrenaline, chronically tense, and slowly losing the thread back to myself.
In the end my body made the decision for me. Learning to slow down, feel what I'd been avoiding, and listen to what was actually going on underneath — is what changed everything.
That journey is what brought me to somatic coaching work. I now walk alongside women who are in that same in-between place — not quite who they were, not yet who they're becoming — helping them find their ground, rebuild their self-trust, and come back to the version of themselves that feels most alive.
I'm a somatic coach based in East London, fuelled by long conversations, forest walks, sea swims and getting lost in new places with my family.
Becoming - how it works
We begin with depth before direction. Before any goal-setting or action planning, we create the conditions for real change — working with your nervous system, your emotions and the wisdom of your body.
Using somatic awareness, polyvagal-informed tools and grounded coaching, we help your system shift out of anxiety, overdrive and self-doubt and into clarity, steadiness and genuine confidence. The process is gentle, trauma-sensitive and deeply respectful of your own pace.
We work together for a minimum of 3 months, with most clients choosing to continue for 4-6 months as the work deepens.
Each month includes:
2 x 90 minute deep dive sessions — going deep into the patterns, the emotions and what wants to emerge
1 x 45 minute somatic breath and movement session — coming back into the body, releasing tension and unlocking your natural flow
Voice note support between sessions — so you have someone in your corner when things shift between calls
A tailored somatic practice after each session — something specific to where you are right now, to work with between sessions
A library of meditations, visualisations and embodiment tools — to support you in the in-between moments
