Strategising, keeping busy and staying small have worked for you for a long time. But the tension and pressure are building and you're craving more ease, more aliveness and more playfulness.

You have dreams and projects you’d like to bring into the world but you’re feeling flat and find yourself spiralling often. Your body feels stiff, your jaw is tight and you’re finding it hard to ‘flow with life’.

Over the next 4 months, we will create a trusting and safe space so you can soften the pressure, reconnect with what lights you up and move forward with softness, ease and inner knowing.

We will meet for 10 x 75min somatic coaching sessions and 4 x 45 min breath + movement sessions, as well as access to a portal of somatic practices and voice note/messaging support.

Like lying in bed at night running through everything you didn't get done, everything you need to do tomorrow, and also worrying about how your friend seemed a bit off in her last message.

Like holding something enormous mostly alone and not wanting to burden the people you love with how hard it actually is.

Your body feels tense and you find it hard to let go

Like carrying tension everywhere you go (in your shoulders, your jaw, your chest) that never quite releases.

Through this work, you’ll experience:

Feeling more settled in yourself: trusting your instincts and your own judgment again 

Like being faced with a decision that would once have sent you into a spiral of second-guessing and feeling an inner knowing in your body about what's right for you. 

Living at a rhythm that nourishes you rather than drains you 

Like moving through your day with more gentleness, not rushing to the next thing. Living more in tune with your cycle (seasonal, menstrual).

Rekindling your relationship with what makes you feel alive

Like noticing that there are more moments in your day that feel alive. A conversation that lights you up. A piece of work you're proud of. A morning that feels spacious rather than frantic.

Leaving behind the patterns of overgiving and people pleasing 

Like someone asking you to do something that doesn't feel right and instead of the usual automatic yes, feeling a calm, clear no rise up in you. 

Setting boundaries and finding your voice without fear 

Like speaking up in a meeting where you'd usually stay quiet, or telling a friend honestly how you're feeling instead of saying "I'm fine." 

Taking steady, grounded steps toward what you actually want 

Like finally moving towards a dream you’ve had for a while and taking gentle steps towards it.

Feeling held and supported instead of carrying it all alone 

Like texting a friend when you're struggling instead of waiting until you're ok again. Or telling your partner what you actually need instead of hoping they'll guess.

Your body beginning to soften and unwind

Like moving through your day with less bracing. Noticing your shoulders have dropped. Your breath has deepened.

Why Somatic Work?

Most of us have spent years trying to think our way through the hard stuff. Reading the books, listening to the podcasts, understanding our patterns intellectually. And yet we still feel stuck.

Your patterns - the people pleasing, the tension, the self-abandonment, the shrinking - live in your nervous system, not your thinking mind. Through emotional attunement, somatic expression and gentle processing, you learn to feel at ease enough to soften. To feel. To take up space and ask for what you need. There's nothing to fix here. Nothing to push through. Just a slow, tender coming back to the wisdom that was always stored in your body, waiting for you to return.

For years it looked like my life was ‘successful’ — the full time role at Google, the family, the house. But on the inside I was running on adrenaline, chronically tense, and over giving in every direction.

Eventually I didn’t have a choice but learn to slow down, feel what I'd been avoiding, and listen to what was actually going on underneath.

That journey is what brought me here. I now walk alongside women who are looking for a different way of being and feeling - less tension, less pressure, less over giving and more aliveness.

I'm a somatic coach based in East London, fuelled by deep conversations, forest walks, sea swims and discovering new places. Read more about my story here.
