I've been using these four tools in my own life and with every client I work with. Come and experience them for yourself.
Most of us are spending the majority of our days entirely in our heads, caught in thought loops, to-do lists and a low-level frazzle that has somehow become normal. Yet your thinking mind makes up roughly 10% of your whole system. The other 90% lives in your body: your nervous system, your emotions, your instincts, your creativity, your aliveness. When you invite your body into the conversation, everything shifts.
The moment you drop in to your body, you access a kind of wisdom no amount of thinking can reach.
By the end of the 4 sessions, you’ll have the tools to:
Read and trust your body's signals
Stay grounded in stressful situations
Tap into your own magnetism and desire
Protect your energy and hold your boundaries from the inside out

WEEK 1 - Weds 3 June
Coming Home to Your Body and Accessing Your Inner World of Sensation
This first session is about developing a relationship with your inner landscape. We'll explore how to drop out of the busyness of the mind and into the rich, intelligent world of sensation that's available to you at any moment. Through simple experiential practice we'll move between something uncomfortable and something pleasant.
WEEK 2 - Weds 10 June
Rider and the Horse - Finding Balance Between your Thinking Mind and Your Body’s Wisdom
In this session we'll explore a situation in your own life through this lens. How is your rider treating your horse? What does your horse actually need? And what becomes possible when they work together in more harmony (direction and flow, ambition and intuition, doing and being).
WEEK 3 - Weds 17 June
Magnetism - Moving With What’s Already Working and Expanding What’s Possible
We spend so much time focused on what's wrong, what's missing, what needs fixing. We'll tune into what's already feeling good, what's already working and what you want more of and use the body as a tool to expand your belief in yourself and in what you desire.
WEEK 4 - Weds 24 June
Energy Protection - Clearing, Boundaries and Coming Back to Yourself
We absorb more than we realise: other people's energy, the relentless pace of modern life, the emotional weight of the roles we carry. We'll start by giving your frustration somewhere to go, using a simple somatic tool. We'll close with an energy protection ritual and a simple format for setting boundaries.
Meet Anouk
Anouk is a somatic coach based in London who helps women unwind the conditioning, patterns and beliefs keeping them stuck so they can access more creative aliveness, confidence and ease in their bodies. She trained in leadership coaching in 2020 with Wise Goose and somatic coaching with The School of Embodied Arts in 2024. She leans on her somatic tools every day and feels passionate about helping women access more of their body’s wisdom and inner power - with ease.
