Somatic Self-Coaching

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve created a 15-20 min somatic self-coaching practice for those times when thinking your way out of something just isn’t working. Sometimes we need to feel our way into something to access a deeper knowing.

When you feel stuck, scattered, creatively blocked, or unsure of your next step, this process invites you to slow down, listen inward, and let clarity emerge organically.

Inside the workbook, you’ll be guided through:

1. Naming what’s alive
You’ll begin by gently scoping the situation, block, feeling, or desire you want to explore, without needing to solve or fix anything.

2. Mapping your inner landscape
You’ll explore:

  • how this shows up in your body right now

  • the thoughts or patterns that may be running in the background

  • how you long to feel instead

3. Reflection & integration
Simple prompts help you capture what shifted, what became clearer, and what small, aligned next step feels possible.

The movement practice

After going through the workbook, you’ll find a 10 min guided somatic movement meditation.

The audio invites you to:

  • drop out of your head and into your body

  • soften tension and slow your system

  • move, breathe, and feel in a way that unlocks insight and creativity

How to use this practice

  • When you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck

  • When you’re at a decision point

  • When creativity feels blocked

  • When you want to reconnect with your intuition

It’s a subtle practice and there is no right or wrong way to do it.

Hi, I’m Anouk — a somatic life and career coach supporting creative women who are exhausted from over-giving and over-extending to reconnect with their spark.

I live in East London with my partner and two daughters, and I love cycling, dancing, and long, soul-nourishing conversations. I’ve supported hundreds of women in embodied, body-led ways to reconnect with their creativity, confidence, and inner clarity.
